This is an exciting opportunity within a well-known e-commerce business who are looking to hire a Paid Social Manager for a 12-month FTC to cover a maternity leave in the team.
This role is working across Paid Social for US and UK markets, primarily on Meta channels. You will be the sole social media expert in the team, having the opportunity to implement strategy and be hands-on with implementation.
The Paid Social Manager will:
- Set short and long term strategies, delivering against recommended business targets
- Grow customer acquisition in Paid Social and demonstrate impact outside of last-click attribution models
- Working with the Creative Team, create compelling social media campaigns across organic channels that drive engagement with the brand
- Test and Learn with various ideas, understanding what works best for the brand
- There will be a level of reactive social campaigns within this role, keep up to date with trends and social insights
Requirements for the Paid Social Manager role:
- Technical expertise in running Paid Social campaigns specifically Meta ads manager
- Experience running full-funnel Paid Social campaigns with a test & learn approach
- Mentoring or line management experience of 1 person
- Great stakeholder management of C-Suite level. This role will play a part in influencing board level colleagues
