Paid Social Media Manager

Join our dynamic team and spearhead Paid Social campaigns that drive results! We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Paid Social specialist to join our team and take charge of crafting and executing impactful campaigns for our esteemed clients.

As a key member within our paid media team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our Paid Social strategies and ensuring our clients achieve their marketing goals.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms
• Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that achieve measurable results
• Expertise in Paid Social advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads and TikTok
• Strong understanding of Paid Social targeting options, including demographics, interests, behaviours, and retargeting
• Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimisation tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for Paid Social advertising and a keen interest in exploring new trends and technologies

Additional Skills

• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Ability to manage and execute PPC and Social Media campaigns to achieve measurable results
• Experience with B2C and B2B, lead generation, and e-commerce clients
• Managing small to large monthly budgets from £500 to £200k

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimise cutting-edge Social Media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Manage Social Media accounts paid campaigns. Support with organic ideas and content
• Produce performance reports (Excel/Google sheets) and monthly presentations to clients (PowerPoint/Looker Studio)
• Track and optimise Social Media performance metrics
• Write compelling Social Media content
• Support with Social Media proposals to secure new business
• Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand the overall website performance by channels
• Deliver excellent communication and collaboration skills with direct client interaction
• Stay abreast of the latest Social Media trends and technologies
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the team
