As a Paint Sprayer, your responsibilities will include an attention to detail for best practice on our projects. You will be tasked with the painting and finish of new aerospace technology, to deliver best in class practice as your work is a representation of our brand imagine.

What You'll do:
As a Paint Sprayer, you will:
- You will spray and paint precision engineered parts for Aerospace manufacturing.
- Follow written instructions, procedures, and interpreting specifications to achieve the correct standards, including all preparation and finishing.
- Preparation of workstation and proper process in followed in equipment handling.
- Responsible for inspecting and certifying that the quality of work is to the required specification and workmanship standards.
- Communicate with wider teams to discuss engineering improvements as a whole team.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within a Manufacturing or Maintenance environment.
- Great attention to detail on paint works.
- Familiarity with and can interpret product drawings.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills as you liaise with the wider teams.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent team-player without a big ego.
What else do you need to know?
- Full training is provided at every step.
- The hours for this role are on Days (08:00-16:30 Mon-Thu, 08:00-13:00 Fri). With an option for variable hours (E.g. 06:00-14:30).
- Substantial overtime available on evenings and weekends once fully trained.
