Main:
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 (+ Bonus)

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Vehicle Paint Technician, ideally from an automotive repair background
Proficiency in preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and executing precise spraying techniques
Knowledge of automotive paint products, colour matching, and industry best practices
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding results
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
ATA or NVQ qualified would be highly beneficial, and we are happy to support in renewing these qualifications.
Key Tasks:
Utilise your expertise to perform precise paint spraying techniques on vehicles undergoing repair.
Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring surfaces are properly cleaned, sanded, and masked.
Mix and match paint colours accurately to match existing finishes or specifications.
Operate and maintain spray painting equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect completed paint jobs to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
Carry out high volume repairs carried out to the BSI PAS 10125 standards.
