Role Description
At Kantar Worldpanel we are passionate about using data to understand how people shop, and we are constantly evolving our services to uncover new insights. Our app Shoppix (

The successful candidate will be a key player within our Shoppix panel team, which boasts a vibrant app-based community of 60,000 panellists across the UK. Your responsibility will be orchestrating the deployment of a groundbreaking usage survey. Communication and Selling the Task:
  • Work with the comms team to craft compelling communication materials to encourage participation.
  • Strategize on how to sell the task to potential participants effectively.
  • Support our Shoppix Helpdesk team by being responsible for creating our frequently asked questions (FAQs) and acting as the subject matter expert (SME) for related queries.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate closely with partners, such as the Survey, Data Quality and Methods, and Shoppix Developer team to align survey objectives with organisational goals and to resolve any potential issues.
  • Address concerns regarding rewards and incentives and work to resolve any issues impacting participant engagement.
Sample Tracking and Measurement:
