A boutique and successful investment company based in Beautiful offices on the Marylebone Road are seeking an Office Manager/PA to support the team.
This role suits an individual who loves being the hub of the office and making sure everything runs smoothly.
You will be managing office and kitchen supplies, ensuring all needs are catered for.
You will manage the cleaners and other office suppliers and liaise with the building manager and the building receptionists to ensure the working space operates smoothly.
Meeting visitors and organising catering for the meeting rooms. You will also organise team events and occasional client events.
The PA element of the role will be mainly organising travel, hotels and meetings. Keeping the office admin up to date and generally helping out wherever needed.
The office environment is relaxed and the team are friendly and good fun.

Hours of work are 9-5.30 with no requirement for overtime. There is some flexibility to work from home on Fridays business permitting.
