The Role:
As a PA / Office Manager you ll provide organisational and administrative support to the Senior Management Team and Contract Managers, specifically working on projects associated with our main clients. The role will require preparation of spreadsheets, presentations, programmes and general correspondence whilst co-ordinating many of the operational logistics of the business. This is a challenging, busy and varied role. You will be required to demonstrate good customer service, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
Key Accountabilities:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including advanced Excel and Word skills
• Be attentive to detail, with efficient planning skills and an ability to multitask
• Understand the CRM process and appreciate the working principles of Business Development
• Employee liaison and maintenance of company records
• Required to provide comprehensive, confidential support and will assist in key projects and ad hoc activities to ensure an effective operation.
Personal Specification:
• A minimum of 2 years experience supporting Senior Management / Directors
• A full valid driving licence
• Microsoft office skills advanced level in Excel & Word is essential
• General IT competency
