What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Paralegal role:

• As a Paralegal you will work on a wide range of Employment Law cases for both large companies and SME's
• Depending on experience, you will be managing your own case files under management supervision
• Looking for further opportunities to build your own network and clients for the business

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Paralegal - preferably with Employment Law experience or interest
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally
• Ability to empathise with clients and to work with them to solve problems
• LPC or CILEX (or studying currently) is a plus.
