My client is offering a fantastic opportunity to join their firm as a Litigation Paralegal in Manchester.
Their ideal candidate will have had at least 6 months previous experience in dispute resolution and litigation work. They will be responsible for assisting the team in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should be confident conducting research, data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other requests, as needed.
Working mostly office based, with some flexibility to work from home for 1 day/week.
Responsibilities:
- Review and draft routine legal documents
- Create and maintain case files
- Assisting solicitors with all administrational matters
- Maintaining an organised workload
- Able to complete a variety of tasks to support the progression of cases
Qualifications:
- 2:1 Bachelor's degree
- 6-12 months previous experience as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal in dispute resolution
- Organisation skills, working to strict deadlines
- Excellent IT skills
- Able to communicate with both clients and colleagues
