Are you an experienced paralegal interested in a new challenge? Conekt Legal is partnering with this global law firm to recruit a Real Estate paralegal into their growing team. This role can be based in their offices in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Working as part of this talented Real Estate team, you will get the opportunity to assist on a broad range of Real Estate transactions with an exciting range of clients both domestic and also international clients. You will work across transactions in asset management, investment and Real Estate finance. Day to day you will be required to draft a broad range of Real Estate documents, assist with due dilligence, liaise with clients, reviewing of title and deal with any land registry applications.
You will be!
- Previous experience of working as a paralegal within a Real Estate team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with clients
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- High levels of attention to detail
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
