Who you are:
The successful candidate will have exposure to a wide range of international clients and new business activity. They are interested in applications from candidates with a financial or legal background, with substantial experience in corporate, legal or advisory roles, would suit a paralegal with 6-12 months experience of a newly qualified accountant or solicitor.
Strong financial skills are essential. The successful candidate will ideally have a university degree and have a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, MBA, CIMA, CFQ, CFA, LLB or equivalent. Language skills are desirable, as are document drafting skills.
They are looking for someone who will fit into their small team and be able to work closely with
professional firms to achieve their clients’ aims. The right candidate will be professional, transparent and
accountable.
What you'll do:
- Work closely within the team and with professional firms
- Conduct financial and commercial business analysis to a high standard
- Conduct buyer and seller process
- Prepare confidential business profiles and information memoranda
- Evaluate offers received/support the process of grooming for sale
- Support client preparation for due diligence and implementation
- Coordinate with other advisers
- Proactively support other team members
- Support strategic consulting services to clients
- Participate in the firm’s business development activities
- Contribute to the firm’s leadership initiatives
