Form of workThis role will be reporting to the Project Manager. In this role the APM will Represent the interests of both Mitie and the client regarding checking that project communication and the quality of both materials and workmanship are in accordance with the project requirements.
Please note: the working hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
The main duties as an APM will include ensuring project status information is available through collaborative co-ordination with the wider internal account team and external supply chain, preparing and the management of documents associated to projects delivered and Supporting the Account Team when called upon with advice and guidance.
You'll also be responsible for owning and delivering smaller projects and liaising with multiple stakeholders including Mitie's internal divisions, contractors, suppliers, our client, and statutory/legal authorities.
The ideal candidate will have or working towards an IOSHH Managing Safely /CSCS Skill Card/ SMSTS and a Full Clean UK Driving License.
The ideal candidate will also facilities operations or project experience, be able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and In writing, customer relationship management and be well organised with excellent time management.
