Are you an experienced Paraplanner who is looking for work on a hybrid basis? Our client is offering hybrid working hours to the successful individual who joins their team as a Paraplanner. They are well-established independent Financial Advisers based in the East Sussex area who are currently seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team. Working hours: Monday - Thursday 9 am -5.30 pm Friday 9 am - 5 pm The successful Paraplanner will be offered: Basic salary up to £45,000 Hybrid working 25 days holiday bank holidays Staff Socials To be considered for the Paraplanner role you must have: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Experience working closely with IFAS An organised working manner As a Paraplanner, your responsibilities will involve: Assisting the Financial Adviser/Planner in establishing new client relationships. Assessing clients' financial circumstances. Preparing financial statements to support the development of clients' financial strategies. Carry out research and analyse products and services that are appropriate to each client's financial circumstances. Propose and draft financial solutions that meet clients' goals, needs and objectives. Assist with the accurate completion of application and proposal forms. Implement actions such as changing existing investment holdings and policy information, as directed by the Financial Adviser/Planner. Support the ongoing client relationship, including maintaining a client file review system to regularly assess client holdings and changing financial priorities.
