As a Paraplanner, you’ll wear many hats.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and organise client files
- Prepare recommendations for review by our Financial Planner
- Implement client journey documentation
- Provide accurate data to our management team
- Coordinate office activities for seamless operations
- Ensure all paperwork is in order
- Document client risk profiles
- Discuss client objectives with Financial Planner
- Compile financial cashflow forecasts
- Dive into research independently and collaboratively
- Prepare information and comparisons for analysis
- Draft recommendation reports
- Craft suitability letters aligned with recommendations
- Complete application and proposal forms
- Keep compliance records impeccable
- Make changes to clients’ investments as instructed
- Attend client planning and servicing meetings
- Be visible on relevant platforms, amplifying their business impact
- Obtain referrals from clients and spot sales opportunities
- Drive their BD strategy through events and activities
