Experienced Paraplanner
As a paraplanner, you will work closely with a team of financial advisers and planners to deliver high-quality and compliant financial solutions to clients. You will be responsible for conducting research, analysis, and report writing, as well as providing administrative and technical support. You will also liaise with product providers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Key responsibilities
· Prepare and write financial reports and suitability letters for clients based on the advisers' recommendations and in line with the company's standards and procedures.
· Research and analyse financial products and markets to provide the best options for clients' needs and objectives
· Provide administrative support to the advisers, such as preparing client files, updating records, and processing applications
· Communicate with clients, product providers, and other parties to obtain and provide relevant information and documentation
· Keep up to date with the latest industry regulations, legislation, and best practices

Skills and qualifications
· At least 3 years of experience as a paraplanner in a financial services environment
· Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification
· Excellent knowledge of financial products, services, and markets, especially pensions, investments, and mortgages
· Proficient in using financial planning software and tools, such as Voyant, SelectaPension, and FE Analytics
· Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
