Our client, the largest independent accountancy practice is seeking to recruit a Paraplanner to join their Financial Management team within their offices. As part of the role, the successful candidate will support the Financial Planners with new business and help to deliver a high level of ongoing client service.

This role offers the following locations - Exeter, Plymouth and/or Weston-Super-Mare

Paraplanner responsibilities include: -

• Research clients’ financial arrangements, analyse investment and client data
• Construct financial planning strategies and research financial product marketplace
• Produce financial planning reports and letters
• Act as a point of contact for client-related administrative matters
• Process new business and track completion
• Maintain and update back-office systems and platforms, maintaining compliant records
• Help organise events and seminars

Paraplanner requirements include: -

• A minimum of 3 years of previous IFA experience essential
• Level 4 CII Diploma in Financial Planning - We will consider part-qualified, working towards a Level 4 Diploma
• Previous Paraplanning experience
• Familiarity with back-office software (experience with Intelligent Office (IO) would be an advantage)
• Research and analysis skills
