• Working knowledge of policy, guidance, legislation, and best practice relating to parks management

• Knowledge and experience of using information and data to build strategic arguments and evidence commissioning decisions.

• Knowledge of the statutory regulations and provisions relevant to the project activity (e.g., health and safety)

• Knowledge of procurement regulations

EXPERIENCE

• Strong project management experience and relevant experience in a similar role

• Working with complex data

• Working with financial information and managing budgets

• Track record of effective stakeholder management in the delivery of projects and decision making

• Experience of local authority working practices and procedures including public procurement exercises.

QUALIFICATIONS

• To degree level or vocational equivalent

•Relevant project management qualification or demonstrable project management experience
