Hays are working with an established business in Shrewsbury who are looking for a Part time Accounts Assistant to join their team in Shrewsbury on a permanent basis
Your new role
You will be working within the finance team and your duties will include:
- Purchase Ledger - Processing invoices, resolving supplier queries and reconciling statements
- Sales Ledger - Producing invoices, post and allocate cash
- Monitoring Accounts In box
- Ad hoc accounting tasks
What you\'ll need to succeed
Our client is looking for an individual with previous purchase ledger or sales ledger experience, who has excellent accuracy & attention to detail, and works well within a small steam
What you\'ll get in return
This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to work Part time. The business are ideally looking for someone 22 hours per week, ideally spread over 5 days (but will potentially consider 4 days), eg school hours/ m mornings/ afternoons etc
