Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Process invoices, expense claims, and payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in relevant accounting software (e.g., Sage, Focus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an accounts role, preferably in the real estate sector.
• A degree or relevant qualification in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Hours: This is a part-time position, requiring 5 days of work per week with reduced hours. The specific working hours can be discussed further during the interview process.
