Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a growing client of ours who are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their team based in a great location with a fantastic office space in Watford.
The position is temporary, turning into a permanent position for the right person.
The role is 20 hours a week, ideally around 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday, however this can be flexible.
Responsibilities
Sales Ledger
- Wholesale orders processing
- Processing customer refunds
- Credit Control (Contact/Chase outstanding invoices)
- Web sales & Amazon Sales recs and posting
- Amazing stock reconciliation and posting
Purchase Ledger
- Post supplier invoices
- Prepare payment run
- Affiliates reporting and invoicing
General Ledger
- Post bank transactions
- Help with bank reconciliations, e-wallets
