Part time accounts clerk - freight forwarding

My clients a medium sized freight forwarder based within the Colnbrook, they are currently seeking an experience accounts clerk- Part time!

Daily duties will include:

• Passing purchase invoices
• Raising sales invoices
• Reconciling CASS statements
• Raising monthly bulk invoices on Excel
• Reconciling petty cash
• Filing
• Updating records
• Ordering stationery
• General administration

Skills required:

• 5 years + experience within accounts
• Excel experience
• Freight forwarding experience
• PC literate

Working hours:

• MONDAY- FRIDAY DAYS ONLY- 25 hrs a week
