We are currently seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team.Salary Package Note: The salary offered will be based on experience and qualifications. Location: Colnbrook Bypass Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP24,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Holiday Pay: 20 days per year Pension: Available after the probationary periodResponsibilities Manage day-to-day financial tasks including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using Sage and Box Top systems. Assist in the creation of financial reports and statements. Support the team during busy periods with a positive attitude and a sense of humour.Requirements Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Sage and Box Top. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage workload efficiently. A clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is mandatory. The client will cover the cost of the Cargo Operative Certificate due to the bonded environment.Person Attributes Thrives in a busy environment and can manage varying workloads. Possesses a sense of humour and is comfortable engaging in banter.
