Our company is seeking an Office Administrator / Part Time Accounts Clerk to support our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who has a broad understanding of the office environment It is essential that the right person has strong organisational skills, is detail oriented and has excellent time management abilities.
Would suit a person has been an all-rounder in a small business and either looking for a new challenge or looking to get back into the workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data on to our accounts system.
- Monitor Customer and Supplier payments
- Chase supplier documents once PO's are placed (data sheets etc.)
- Chase deliveries and co-ordinate receipt of goods/shipments
- Ensure shipments are labelled correctly
- Matching delivery notes to invoices
- Typing up quotes
- Preparing Shipping invoices and Packing Lists
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers.
- Any other general office admin.
Key skill:
- Experience of using word/excel/Outlook.
- Previous use of Xero or a similar accounts package would be useful but not essential.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time - Possibly leading to Full-Time.
Salary: From GBP20,000.00 per year
