SalaryAs a Part Time Accounts Payable Assistant you will be supporting the accounts manager with aspects of the purchase ledger as well as resolving queries and general admin tasks. The Company we're recruiting for is a small business with a benefits package including 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme, Parking on-site, free eye test, social events (summer/mas parties)
Job Title: Part Time Accounts Payable
Location: Watford
Salary: GBP25,350 - GBP29,250 FTE (actual salary based on Part Time hours GBP10,140 - GBP11,700)
Hours: 3 days a week - 4/5 hours a day
You will be responsible for:
- Staff expenses/travel
- Processing supplier invoices
- Prep for BACS runs fortnightly
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Manage all queries, administration of on-boarding new suppliers on database
This great company would like to recruit a candidate with the following:
- Must have some Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger experience
- If you have used SAGE this would be highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
