We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Admin & Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with Xero, Google Sheets, Payroll processing
```Duties```
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with HR forms and organisation of google drive
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in Xero
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
