Job Title: Part-Time Administrator
Location: Borehamwood
Salary: £16 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 20 hours per week, can offer flexibility with days and times
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous admin experience
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and email
- Strong IT skills
- Organised and efficient
- Good numeracy skills
- Optimistic and ambitious
- Knowledge of social media platforms
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Corresponding to emails and phone calls
- Filing invoices and delivery notes
- Assist MD in communicating with customers with regard to quotes and other matters
- Uploading content to Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms
- Any ad hoc admin tasks including supporting teams
