Administrator
Location: Cheltenham
Contract: Fixed-Term, from May to mid-October
Hours: Part-Time 30 hours p/week
Salary: 21,000 - 23,000 per annum (pro-rated)
My fantastic client based in central Cheltenham is looking for an administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This position would be perfect for someone on their gap year or a recent grad looking to gain experience!
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:
To assist with bookings and coordination, liaising with multiple departments, local suppliers, sales and tour leaders.
Working on the internal system, uploading all information and ensuring financial records are accurate.
Preparing and sending documentation to various stakeholders, keeping accurate records
To log and share feedback to ensure that improvements are made as soon as possible.
Answer the telephone and respond to any queries.
Proactively highlight potential Customer Service problems and take steps to avoid them
Key Skills of an Administrator:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Fantastic organisation skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage.
