PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR PERM ROLE 3 DAYS PER WEEK (SOME FLEXIBILITY)

We are looking for a really ORGANISED administrator to work in a people focused profession, someone who can be assertive when necessary, someone with GOOD IT skills, system orientated and understands what a priority is! Our business in interesting and ever-changing so you need to be able to handle the pace, you also need to be self motivated and tenacious but this is an exciting industry and fulfilling! The offices are situated near Kelham Island so near tram stops as parking can be a problem! We have a fun, relaxed working environment and work in a challenging, busy business where you could never get bored

Experience in administration is essential and the desire to succeed plus the ability to learn and remain focused is essential for this role. The role involves a variety of tasks supporting the Director and the internal team. There is a vast amount of telephone work so you must be an excellent communicator with an upbeat personality. The role also involves researching on the internet daily which can become repetitive at times, the ability to scan information and probe effectively is paramount.

Duties Include:

  • Supporting consultants with day-to-day admin
  • Dealing with all incoming emails
  • Chasing documentation when necessary
  • Probing potential job seekers re their needs
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Liaising with job seekers (email and phone)
  • Resourcing on a daily basis
  • Data entry & researching
  • Arranging & confirming interviews
  • Putting together information packs
  • Keeping administration systems up to date
  • Booking interviews via zoom
  • Referencing candidates
  • Updating spreadsheets for consultants
  • Reception cover as & when
  • Assisting with marketing/social media etc when needed

The skills we are looking for are as follows:

  • Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and accuracy is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A positive, upbeat personality
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks
