Siamo are currently looking to recruit an Administrator for our established partner of whom has over 4 decades experience of trading and has mastered long term relationships with customers and suppliers in this time.
This role will require an individual looking for an opportunity to grow and support a fast paced, dynamic team, working closely with customers and onsite technicians, scheduling, organising, and planning the required works for client needs.
You will build and nurture client relationships taking ownership of accounts ensuring precise customer and supplier quotations and invoices.

This Administrator Role Will Have the Below Responsibilities:
- Manage, schedule, and liaise with Technicians required to carry out onsite customer requests.
- Prepare worksheets for technicians accordingly in-line with client requirements.
- Act as first point of contact for clients, customers, or suppliers. Via a range of channels
- Logging and updating the internal CRM system with client requirements and requests.
- Maintaining stock inventory and booking our parts for invoices to be raised
- Managing quotations and invoices regarding client or supplier requests/works.
- Maintaining upkeep of accurate records via Microsoft systems
The Ideal Candidate For this Administrator Vacancy Will Have:
- Proven Administrative experience in a previous role essential
- Strong stakeholder communication skills internal and external
- Proficient with Microsoft word platforms
- Ability to prioritise and multitask dependent workload
- The ability to thrive within a fast paced, dynamic environment
