An established company have an opening for aPart Time Remote Administrator to join their team. ThePart Time Remote Administrator role involves providing support to the Client Services and Marketing departments through administrative tasks which ensure the smooth running of their client programmes.
- £26k - £28k pro rata
- Part time | Tues, Weds and Thurs 9am - 5.30pm
- Fully remote position - 1 day every quarter in Central London for team meeting
Part Time Remote Administrator responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and directing to the relevant department
- Providing assistance to ensure the distribution of relevant materials
- Ensuring clients are set up on the relevant platforms and aiding with queries as appropriate
- Arranging client feedback questionnaires to be issued and results distributed effectively
- Working alongside the Head of Marketing in regard to the daily planning of the communications tracker
- Assisting with the company’s social media channel and website, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant
- Creating and uploading content as required
- Producing regular reports to track and review current engagement
- Adding events and confirmed content to the relevant client platform
- Attending events in person to welcome guests and provide support as required
Part Time Remote Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
