Part-Time Administrator - x3 days per week
Temp to perm opportunity
Location: Tonbridge (free parking onsite)
X3 days per week, 9am - 5:30pm (8 hours per day)
Temporary pay rate £13 ph, to rise to £14ph if offered the permanent role
To start as soon as possible

We are looking for an administrator to support with all aspects of the office. Typical duties will include:
" Answer, transfer and manage all calls
" Monitor emails from a shared inbox
" Support with ad-hoc admin tasks
" Liaise with directors, area managers and engineers
" Coordinate appointments and diaries
" Build relationships with other departments
" Ordering of stock
" Process orders
