Part-Time Clerical Officer, Belfast Bt14

We are seeking a Part-Time Higher Clerical Officerfor our client in the Belfast area.

Hours: 20hrs per week, mon-fri, 9am-1:45pm

Pay: £10.42 per hour

Main duties include

Dealing with phone calls to the service appropriately. Logging referrals, processing appropriate letters, booking appointments, ensuring waiting lists are up to date at all times,

To provide clerical duties, administrative support to multidisciplinary teams.

Essential Criteria

5 GCSE’s (including GCSE English Language and GCSE

Maths, Grades A* - C) OR equivalent qualification to

demonstrate literacy and numeracy OR Higher Qualification

OR

18 months relevant experience*

One year’s experience in the last 3 years of working with Microsoft Office. This must include excel and word
