Job description

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Purchase ledger expenses
  • Purchase Orders
  • Monitoring Accounts inbox
  • Reissuing invoices
  • Accounts queries
  • Paying staff expenses
  • Covering any holiday and sickness absence
  • Ad hoc: Office Manager duties eg ordering stationary, booking hotel rooms (infrequent), buying food/ drink for the office

Note, this role is a part-time role, (22.5 hours a week), working Wednesday and Thursday in the office and Friday you will be working from home.

Benefits include:

  • £23,000 - £24,000 depending on experience (this would be pro-rated to 22.5 hours a week)

MyPD: Executive Education division that provides courses, lasting between three and five days, for managers and leaders in a range of areas, they are both in an online and in-person format. We are a Registered Centre of the Chartered Management Institute which means we can offer their globally recognised management qualifications alongside our training. GE Insights: This is an online resource to help professionals develop better public services. It is a hub of unique case study-led videos, articles, interviews and more, which are all CPD certified. Subscribers use GEI to discover how their peers are implementing policies and driving change so they can learn from their experiences, apply best practice and further their careers.
