Your new roleThe Credit Control Support Administrator will provide general support to the Credit Control department. The role requires sound knowledge and working experience of credit control procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cash allocation and banking
- Communicating a list of accounts on or approaching trading limits
- Credit authorisations to enable daily trade
- Working closely with Sales teams to resolve queries
- Weekly invoicing
- Improving debt position on key customers
- Provide full time cover while Credit Controller is on annual leave
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
- You will be in a position to work on a part-time basis only and local to the Kingston upon Thames area.
- Prior experience in a Credit Control environment with an applied understanding of different business types and how this affects credit controls when dealing with companies and individuals
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to review financial data and document findings
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent time keeping and attendance record
- Precise with attention to detail
- Able to achieve set targets and deadlines
- Able to stay calm under pressure
What you'll get in returnHybrid working options are available. The role is part-time and will pay upto circa GBP30K pro rata per annum and benefits include 25 days' holiday (Pro rated) and a great pension, 3% employer and 5% employee.
