Part Time Credit Controller

Your new companyInternational leader and expert in food supply chain and distribution. Your new roleThe Credit Control Support Administrator will provide general support to the Credit Control department. The role requires sound knowledge and working experience of credit control procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cash allocation and banking
• Communicating a list of accounts on or approaching trading limits
• Credit authorisations to enable daily trade
• Working closely with Sales teams to resolve queries
• Weekly invoicing
• Improving debt position on key customers
• Provide full time cover while Credit Controller is on annual leave
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be in a position to work on a part-time basis only and local to the Kingston upon Thames area.
• Prior experience in a Credit Control environment with an applied understanding of different business types and how this affects credit controls when dealing with companies and individuals
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to review financial data and document findings
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent time keeping and attendance record
• Precise with attention to detail
• Able to achieve set targets and deadlines
• Able to stay calm under pressure

What you'll get in returnHybrid working options are available. The role is part-time and will pay upto circa GBP30K pro rata per annum and benefits include 25 days' holiday (Pro rated) and a great pension, 3% employer and 5% employee.
