Part Time Credit Controller

PART TIME CREDIT CONTROLLER

£24k pro rata

MON TO WED - 22.5 hours

About the role:

You will be assisting in all aspects of credit control and liaising with other departments and customers as required. As an individual, you will come with experience of working within a similar role and be a strong communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can prioritise workloads.

Key Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

·         Proactive chasing overdue monies using a variety of collection methods (telephone, email, and letters)

·         Responding to incoming emails

·         Keeping accurate and complete records

·         Resolution of disputes for Invoice and payment queries

·         Processing purchase orders

·         Supplier form completion

·         Taking inbound calls

Essential skills:

·         Proficient with common IT systems

·         Good attention to detail

·         Ability to make/maintain clear accurate records

·         Self-starter

·         Excellent organisational and time management skills

·         Amenable but persuasive manner towards customers and other staff

•         Flexible team player, with ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

•         Strong Telephone skills
