Part-Time Data Officer NHS - London based
22.5 hours per week
18.00 - 20.00 p/hour depending on experience

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated individual to join the NHS as a Data Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing one of the clinical registries, ensuring accurate data collection, input, and quality assurance. The Clinical Data Officer will collaborate with various stakeholders to produce routine reports and information that contribute to enhancing patient care and informing operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, input and quality assure data from emergency call log and patient records.
- Trace patients in national registries and collect information on patient outcomes.
- Produce routine reports for internal and external use.
- Undertake detailed data analysis and present findings using graphs and charts.
- Assist in the production of the Annual Report and write articles for publication.
- Supply data for research projects and assist in clinical audit activities.
The ideal candidate:
- Have experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
