Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Part Time Finance Administrator with an Enhanced DBS to join our team.
As a Finance Administrator, will play a crucial role in supporting and managing the finance operations within the organisation.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
-Managing finances
-Inputting and processing invoices
-Petty cash
-Monitor and reconcile employee expenses
-Collaborate with HR department
-Stay informed on relevant financial regulations
The Ideal Candidate:
-Experience with Xero is beneficial
-Enhanced DBS is essential
-Strong communication skills
-Attention to detail
Hours of Work:
20 hours per week
Pay Rate:
10.42 per hour
This is a temporary position with a permanent position available for the successful candidate.
