Our client are looking for a motivated and ambitious finance expert. Ideally fully qualified (we will consider part qualified candidates) with management accounts experience who can help consolidate and improve our business processes and financial control.
The role will report directly to our director and will be involved in critical business decisions, growth plans and the overall direction of the business.
Offering hybrid working around a 20 hour week.

? Reconciling Xero to the bank
Sales
? Raising monthly retainer invoices
? Checking monthly retainers
? Reconciliation of ad spend
? Raising invoices
? Checking for works completion
? Receipt payments
? Credit control
? Chase outstanding invoice payments
VAT
? Reviewing, processing and filing data for VAT Return
? Pay VAT
Financial Data
? Reviewing data in Xero
? Maintain FAR
? Monthly accounting journals
? Monthly management accounts
Payroll
? Collating commission info
? Processing monthly payroll
? Making payments
? Filing with HMRC
? Processing starters / leavers
? Submitting pensions
Required experience and qualifications
? Proven experience in a similar role
? AAT Bookkeeping qualifications or higher
? Familiarity with Xero software and banking systems
? Excellent IT skills- particularly with Google Suite
? Strong attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
