Search Consultancy are looking for an Administrator to join our client in the Higher Education industry on a contract until the end of August 2024. This role is office based in Glasgow city centre working Part Time covering 17.5 hours over Monday - Friday. Pay rate for this role will be £12.46 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities would include:
- Assist with the preparation of coursework/ student timetables and student social events
- Helping support with the virtual learning environment such as Moodle
- Liaising with external suppliers, for booking accommodation and travel for students/visitors
- Arrange catering for any social events on campus
- Assist with course enrolments on the University's student record system
- Manage your own diary and workload
- Email inbox management
