We are looking for passionate and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join us as Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs).

Role and Responsibilities:

As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students and teachers by:

• Providing PPA Cover: Delivering high-quality lessons in the absence of class teachers, ensuring continuity and engagement.
• Small Group and One-to-One Core Subject Boosters: Offering targeted support in core subjects to help students achieve their full potential.
• Delivering External Interventions: Implementing specialized programs for learners who require a more personalized approach to their education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons to cover for teachers during PPA time.
• Conduct small group sessions focusing on key subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
• Provide one-to-one tuition to students who need extra help to catch up or excel.
• Implement and manage external intervention programs, tailoring your approach to meet individual student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it as an ECT.
• Experience or a strong interest in working with children in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
