A private equity firm is looking for a part-time Office Assistant to join them on an ongoing temporary basis. You will be covering front of house, tam assistant and office management duties. They are looking for someone happy to get stuck in and ideally IT savvy. The role will be working 5 hours per day, Monday-Friday. Flexibility with the hours is required as there will occasionally be earlier starts/later finishes, depending on meetings and events. The pay is GBP14-GBP15/hour plus holiday pay. Their offices are based in Mayfair, near Hyde Park. They expect someone to be in the office full-time. It is quite a heads down and quiet environment, but with a family feel. What you'll do:
- Diary management
- Managing and booking travel
- Expenses
- Oversee any IT issues
- Take inbound calls swiftly and energetically
- Meet and greet clients and staff members from the company's overseas offices
- Liaising with building management and front-of-house staff
- Set up and manage bookings and meeting rooms, including for video conference liaisons
- Check up on office and kitchen supplies and take care of any stock and supply issues
- Positive, energetic, with a muck in attitude
- Experience working in a front of house role/office environment
- Confident and fast typer
- IT savvy
- Ideally can speak Italian, Spanish, French or German
