In this Management Accountant role, you will:
- Provide invaluable financial support and guidance to internal stakeholders with varying levels of seniority
- Take full ownership over the production of management accounts for six income streams ensuring they are accurate and are completed in a timely manner
- Assist the Finance Manager in the budget setting and year-end process by providing information, producing reports and creating comprehensive commentaries
- Adhere to strict deadlines to perform essential balance-sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Implement new system and process improvements to guarantee optimum efficiency across the finance function
Based in Bristol, this opportunity is paying GBP42,000 to GBP48,000 FTE and is offering un-paralleled employee benefits including a generous annual leave allowance, competitive pension contribution, volunteering days and hybrid working, requiring you to go into the office just twice a week.

- Studying towards, or fully qualified in ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent
- Experienced in the production of management accounts in a private sector organisation
- A great communicator, with the ability to explain finances to non-finance stakeholders
- Resilient and keen to make changes and improvements when necessary
- Proficient at utilising Excel functions, i.e. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, Sum Ifs
- Confident using accounting software, e.g. Sage, Access Dimensions. SUN, SAP, or similar
