Part Time Marketing Executive

My client is a highly reputable, regional business providing a range of services to their clients. They are an incredibly successful and established business that is always evolving and boasting an enviable reputation. They operate a supportive culture and they are expanding their team further and we therefore have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join them.

The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to work on a Part time, permanent basis. The main office is based in Yeovil and ideally within a commutable distance for regular team meetings. Access to a vehicle will be a necessity. Ideally this person will work 3 days a week and 22 hours but 4 days would be considered and school hours could also be discussed.

The role attracts an hourly rate of £12 per hour.
The purpose of the role is to acts as a the frontline for the marketing team and to support in delivering the marketing strategy across the business and provision of all marketing activities (including digital marketing), advertising, events and projects, across all divisions of the business.

Main duties include;

• Assisting and coordinating a company wide communication plan
• Managing advert requests
• Assisting with website management
• Supporting the design and implementation of email campaigns, newsletters and other communications
• Support the delivery of events
• Building relationships through stakeholder engagement

The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate must have;

• Ideally a degree or equivalent in marketing
• Experience working in a marketing in house role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Prioritise workload
• Excellent attention to detail
• Creative approach to work
• Ability to adapt content for different channels
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Access to a car
