We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and executing our Social Media strategy, creating fun & engaging content, building brand awareness across various Social Media platforms, and working with the head of ecommerce to promote our products through our social channels. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Create and curate compelling content for Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
- Take and edit fantastic photos and videos with our staff, visitors, in our Centre and around the city of Bath
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, news, and unique activity
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the ecommerce team to align Social Media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
- Analyse Social Media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media marketing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Social Media platforms for business purposes
- Strong knowledge of Social Media management tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Strong organisational skills, scheduling content using planning tools, and having attention to detail (particularly with our highly-literate audience!)
- Ability to work independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
