Pure are working with an organisation based in Woodbridge, seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a weekend part-time basis. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers and be the main point of contact for all enquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner, and responding to all queries.
- Working closely with the team leader to ensure all daily duties and check lists are complete.
- Communicating with guests in terms of their procedures, benefits and requirements.
- Working with the marketing team to respond to reviews across all platforms.
- Convert enquiries to sales and meet agreed targets.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist/call centre role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and under own initiative.
- Strong computer skills.
