The successful candidate will be responsible for general administration supporting the Managing Director, Finance Director and HR Manager. Duties will include:
- Greeting visitors
- Answering & directing calls
- Monitoring and managing the office supplies
- Providing administrative support, including assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and data entry
