Goodwille Limited provide outsourced business processing solutions. Our services include Financial Administration, HR Planning & Operations, Payroll, Office Services & Facilities. Most of our clients are international, with the majority from the Nordics but we have a growing client portfolio in Central Europe. We have two UK offices, Holborn (London) & Warwick.
We are looking for a Part Time Office Assistant who thrives on providing great customer service to join our Front of House team.
Within your role you will be responsible for:
- Meeting & Greeting visitors
- Post handling
- Telephone answering
- Meeting room bookings
- Supporting clients with administrative tasks
- Working with onboarding new clients
- Liaising with suppliers
- Supporting departments with adhoc requests
The applicant should be computer literate, have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word & Excel) and ideally have experience working within an administration/reception role. This role is an entry level role for someone eager to gain experience and broaden their understanding of administrative duties, therefore it is not essential to have office administration experience.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be expected to occasionally work independently to ensure the smooth running and organisation of the busy reception area. Although an international language is not mandatory, being able to speak a Nordic language would be beneficial.
