FJR Group is looking for a diligent Office Manager for a small business based in the city centre to work part-time (9am/10am to 3pm/4pm) around 30 hours per week, on a hybrid basis - 3 days in the office in the city centre.
The role would be broad supporting some basic accounts inputting (invoices and payroll), supporting the directors with ad hoc reporting, marketing, basic HR administration, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, documenting meetings and helping put together presentation pitches and proposals.
The ideal candidate would be a highly organised, efficient individual with great communication skills who wants to be part of an ambitious outgoing team. You would be great at multi-tasking identifying opportunities to make changes and supporting the sales team and directors grow.
