We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager/ PA to work on a Part Time basis, working 25 hours a week for this superb client based in Leeds city centre. Our client is a highly respected professional business working within the Executive Search market, who provide an exceptional, bespoke service to their clients. They have a fantastic team working from their office in Leeds city centre and operate a hybrid working policy with 3 days in the office and 2 days wfh. This is a professional and hard working culture but also the team know how to have fun within their work.
As a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Part time Client Relationship Manager, to work very closely with a Director. This would suit you if you have worked within a Senior PA or EA capacity, or perhaps you have worked within Events, Marketing or similar and are looking for a brand new challenge. This role is office based in Leeds city centre.
Key Responsibilities and duties with the role:
As a Client Relationship Manager/ PA your main role will be to provide support to the Director with proactive client contact and management. Your duties will also include:
- Complex diary management and extensive travel arrangements, organising meetings and associated logistics
- Producing reports for clients and for the Director
- Working closely with the team to work as efficiently and effectively as possible, provide business led support to the wider team as necessary
- Organising client events and all associated logistics
- Managing the CRM system
- Proactively making contact with clients and arranging business meetings for the Director
- Some client research, keeping up to date with industry changes
Key Skills and Experience required:
As a Client Relationship Manager/ PA you will have a proven record of building long-lasting professional relationships with clients, and providing excellent levels of client support in addition to PA or EA duties. You will have an excellent work ethic, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with ease. Ideally you will be educated to Degree level with strong commercial acumen and a focused approach to the difference that you can make within your role.
- Experience working in a busy and varied client focused, PA or Marketing related role or similar
- Ability to build relationships with high profile clients
- Experience managing complex diaries
- Experience working in a professional service environment
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines and run and manage projects effectively
