This is an exciting new opportunity to join a well-established wealth management firm. The position will be part-time IFA Administrator and personal assistant to the Director of the business. If you have a keen eye for detail, are comfortable dealing with clients via telephone and have experience supporting IFAs get in touch!
Responsibilities:
- Obtaining relevant documents and research, processing new business, including annual reports and new business reports.
- Contact clients and providers where necessary to chase or obtain information.
- Produce all the relevant paperwork for clients and to prepare for meetings.
- Maintain the client review diary system and organise client review meetings. You must have the ability to work on your own, manage your own workload and be able to work on your own initiative to resolve queries.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is expected and a desire to further yourself in financial services.
Experience:
- Some experience in the Financial Services sector is desirable.
- If you do not hold CII qualifications, an apprenticeship or in house training and subsidised learning package can be offered to help further your career.

- Salary £12 - £15 per hour depending on experience.
